Just started the John Carter book series. Gotta say the character in the books is way better than the movie! In the movie he's just sort of a jerk but in the books he's a considerate, thoughtful southern gentlemen. Except when he's bashing in Martian heads.
Just started reading John Carter, eh? :) Tons better than the movie, although lacking in depth.. which is okay by me. John Carter goes to Mars and kicks ass. The end.
